We do not allow returns without first requesting an RMA (Returned merchandise authorization). |

The returned package should be repacked with everything received from us including invoice, user manual etc. |

Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made. |

We comply with distance selling laws in the UK. You can return the item back to us within seven days of receipt should you decide change your mind. However, the item must remain in the condition it was sent out in, otherwise a 15% charge will be taken out of the balance. We are also not liable for any return shipping fees. Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 12% restocking fee and admin fees after the seven day cooling off period. |

In all cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund, and postage cost is not refundable.The only exception is for faulty goods which we will bear the retun costs upon proof of payment. |
