Before  contacting us, please ensure the following terms and conditions have been complied with.  We cannot offer you a price match discount unless they do. Once we have verified the price we will contact you to confirm that the price match is valid and you can place your order with us.  We will provide you with a code to enter at checkout for bringing the price in line with the cheaper one.

Conditions of the promotion:

1. The online shopping web-site where you found the product offered at a cheaper price must have the item in stock; the product must be new and not damaged; and be identical to our product. Competitor's offered price must be accurate, include any taxes, and applicable carriage charges (if any), and they must be prepared to sell the item to you at their quoted price.

2. Goods must not be part of bankrupt stock, nor offered through any sort of auction. They must not be end of line clearance items, shop-soiled items or similar - we are unable to price match eBay auctions. The company must be a VAT registered business and be able to supply a valid VAT registration number.

3. We WILL NOT Price Match items from any website if that website is not able, or not prepared, to deliver the item to your shipping destination because it is out of their delivery area.

4. We WILL NOT Price Match items from any web-site that is NOT based in the UK. 
(Customers should be aware that their United Kingdom consumer rights by law may not apply to transactions carried out with non-UK based mail order companies, and that there may be future difficulties with returns and claims under manufacturer’s warranties on any goods purchased from such websites.)

5. We must be able to verify the lower price and the item must be in stock at the time we confirm the price with the competitor.

6. thegadgetroom.com's Price Match is an offer to treat only, and is not a binding contract until we have accepted your order and taken payment. We reserve the right not to Price Match for any reason at our discretion.

7. Our Price Match offer is available only prior to purchase. Once we have Price Matched that particular item and processed your order, we will not Price Match that item again under the same order. You must inform us of the price difference before you place your order. We will not enter into a price match approval if you contact us after you have placed an order, whilst an order is being processed or after an item has been despatched to you.

8. The discount code is limited to one product per customer and must be used within 2 working days of the date of our email.
